Beginning his Real Estate Career from the ground up in 1984, he quickly rose to a Managerial position with his previous firm. Fostering a loyal team of agents and staff working under him, Robert eventually created his own Real Estate Firm with two other colleagues. In 2019, the winds of change whistled, and Robert left to establish Silva Real Estate Group with the help of his two sons, Rob & Andrew, along with his wife Aide.
